  • Business and KYC data: Aadhaar/PAN/account proof, bank details, company and office details.
  • Shipment and operational data: order details, route, vehicle, tracking and POD documents.
  • Payment data: invoice values, UTR references, payment request details.
  • Technical data: device identifiers, app/session logs, IP and security audit events.

  • To onboard and verify suppliers/customers.
  • To process orders, shipments, documentation, and billing workflows.
  • To send OTP, status updates, and support messages over SMS/WhatsApp.
  • To prevent fraud, enforce security controls, and maintain audit trails.
  • To comply with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

04WhatsApp & Meta Platform Data

If you communicate with us on WhatsApp, we process your WhatsApp phone number, profile name, message content, timestamps, and delivery/read statuses to provide support and shipment communication.

  • We use WhatsApp Cloud API and Meta platform services for message delivery.
  • We do not sell personal message data.
  • Messages are used only for support, operations, and compliance records.

05Data Sharing

  • With service providers used for communication, hosting, storage, and support operations.
  • With office/department users inside Reload on a role-based access model.
  • When required by law, court order, legal process, or regulatory request.

06Data Retention

We retain operational and compliance records for as long as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, complete audits, and satisfy legal/tax requirements. Data no longer required is deleted or anonymized.

07Your Rights

  • You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations).
  • You can ask us to stop non-essential communication where applicable.
  • You can raise any privacy concern directly with our support team.

08Data Deletion Requests

To request deletion of WhatsApp or app data, email us from your registered phone/email details with subject: Data Deletion Request.

We will verify ownership, process eligible deletion, and confirm action on email.
