Refund Policy

01Cancellation by Shipper

If a booking is cancelled by the shipper after the vehicle has been dispatched for placement, a "Placement Charge" or "Dead Freight" equivalent to 10% of the total freight or ₹2000 (whichever is higher) will be applicable.

02Cancellation by RLS

In the rare event that Reload Logistic Service is unable to provide the vehicle after a booking confirmation, a full refund of any advance paid will be processed within 24 hours. No additional compensation will be provided.

03Detention Charges

A standard loading/unloading time of 12 hours is provided. Beyond this period, detention charges will be applicable as per the vehicle type and current market rates. These are non-refundable once accrued.

Dispute Resolution

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date. Our team will review the claim and process approved refunds to the original payment source within 5-7 working days.
