01Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Reload Logistic Service website and Digital Logistics Platform services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
02Service Description
Reload Logistic Service operates as a professional Digital Logistics Platform. We facilitate transportation of goods by matching shippers with third-party carriers (truck owners/suppliers). We remain responsible for shipment coordination and management as per agreed SLAs.
03Booking & Payments
- Quotes are estimates and may change based on actual weight, dimensions, and fuel surcharge.
- Advance payment can be required at vehicle placement depending on contract terms.
- Balance payment is due as per the signed agreement or invoice terms.
Liability & Insurance
We manage transit operations, but cargo liability is limited to the extent covered by the applicable transit insurance policy. Shippers should declare accurate cargo value for adequate coverage.
04Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute related to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
